The Plan

The Plan was always redemption. The Plan was to be born to a virgin. The Plan was to live a blameless life. The Plan was to reconcile man back to God. The Plan was to make disciples to spread the gospel. The Plan was perform miracles so that people would believe. The Plan was to be accused. The Plan was to be condemned. The Plan was to be beaten. The Plan was to be crucified. The Plan was to be resurrected. The Plan was executed thousands of years ago. The Plan was that you would come to know Christ as your Lord and Savior. The Plan was that you would be forgiven. The Plan was for you to believe. You were a part of The Plan all along. Happy Good Friday! What’s your plan?

Redemption

What does the road to redemption look like? Does it start with regret? Maybe forgiveness? Is it motivated by a change of heart? Redemption looks like salvation. It's the light at the end of a tunnel. It's the realization that you were created for something more. It's the letter from a Birmingham jail. It's the moment you recognize your purpose. It's when you make up your mind to be different. It's when you actually do better. What does redemption look to you? The road to redemption is filled with self-reflection.

Love Covers

In a day and age when everyone seeks to expose, we must remember that love covers a multitude of sins. I'm not saying that we should turn a blind eye. I'm saying that eventually everything does come to the light. We should not stand in a place of judgement casting stones. We should stand in a place of grace and mercy ready to forgive. The same way we would want God to be with us. Cover each other. Remind each other that we all fall short of the glory of God, but it is Christ that redeems us.
