Help Me

“Help Me!” I don’t know why these two words are so hard for many of us to say. I can admit that I usually ask for help after I’m frustrated. I feel overwhelmed. I struggle with saying these two words, but I have learned that I’m not Superwoman. I can’t do it all. I need help. Most of us do, and it’s okay. You can’t be in two places at once despite being pulled in multiple directions. You can’t rearrange everything. Something’s gotta give. Don’t wait until it’s too late. Open your mouth. Use your words and say, “help me!”

Humanity

What does it mean to be human? Does it mean that we were formed from the dirt or that we evolved from apes? Does it mean that we are not prone to be instinctual, but simply intellectuals? Humanity is defined by benevolence.  Humanity is our the collective experience on Earth. Humanity is not a singular experience. It is about love and compassion toward others.
